Booking Times
- We cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting your booking. Our detailing times are an estimate only, as each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing service.
- Whilst every effort will be made to keep scheduled bookings to the requested arrival window, unforeseen circumstances may cause lateness, and this will be done so without voiding our cancellation policy. (The customer will be notified of any changes in arrival time.)
- We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure.
Pricing
- All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.
- Our prices are based on the detailing type, location, type of car and condition of the vehicle and will be advertised as a FROM price. We reserve the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, the type of vehicle and the customer location. Mad Dog Mobile Detailing reserves the right to amend any price during the detailing should it differ from the original estimate.
- Additional charges may apply due to the size and condition of your vehicle. These will be communicated to you prior to the completion of your service. We do not guarantee 100% removal of excessive pet hair, sand, bad odors, vomit, cigarette smoke, mildew, heavy stains, heavy soil, food and drink spill, etc. We will, of course, do our absolute best to restore your vehicle to tip-top shape, but we do ask that you communicate the condition of your vehicle prior to servicing if your vehicle contains any of the above issues.
Personal Belongings
On the day of your mobile detailing service, please make sure all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle before the time of service. This allows our team to complete your service effectively and efficiently without moving items around and eliminates the worry of damaging or losing any personal items. Mad Dog Mobile Detailing will not be held responsible for any damage or loss inside or outside the vehicle. We will not be responsible for damages if the vehicle isn't in 100% adequate condition. We will take photographs before the service commences and after the service is completed.
Inspection of Vehicle
Mad Dog Mobile Detailing is dedicated to customer satisfaction. After detailing services are completed, should you find anything awry, you are asked to contact us within 24 hours of the service. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of your service, Mad Dog Mobile Detailing will not be held responsible should you find something our team has missed later.
Photograph & Video
Mad Dog Mobile Detailing has your permission to take photos or videos of your vehicle to be used for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or given to third parties. If you do not wish to have photos or videos of your vehicle used for our marketing, please make note of this in your appointment details when booking the service.
Pre-Existing Damages
We use our vehicles every day, so any normal vehicle has wear and tear; however, sometimes, even we, as the car owner, do not notice components of our vehicles that don't work, are loose, faded, cracked, etc. Should our team find any issues with your vehicle that you have not noted to us beforehand, we will bring them to your attention; therefore, you agree not to hold Mad Dog Mobile Detailing liable for any pre-existing damage to your car. Dirt can hide exterior imperfections on your car, such as dings, dents, scratches, paint chips, swirl marks, etc. Should Mad Dog Mobile Detailing find any exterior imperfections, we will bring them to your attention; however, Mad Dog Mobile Detailing will not be held responsible for correcting these pre-existing imperfections if your service does not include it.
Engine Bay Cleaning
Mad Dog Mobile Detailing is not liable or responsible for malfunction or breakage of any of the vehicle's mechanical/electrical/electronic components. We do not interfere with vehicles more than the minimum required amount to ensure we perform our job. If you are aware of any pre-existing issues with your vehicle, please note these issues when booking your appointment so that our team can use extra caution in these areas.
Right To Refuse
Mad Dog Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse or deny any booking or to continue with any service if we deem the customer to be unreasonable. Mad Dog Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse or deny any customer's requests or demands that are beyond the scope of the services booked.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
In order to make our small business a dependable and sustainable service, a certain responsibility falls on the customer. Cancellations are extremely costly in terms of time and resources for our business. We understand that emergencies arise, but we ask that you, the customer, try your hardest to keep all appointments with us as scheduled.
- Mad Dog Mobile Detailing has a strict 3 business days policy, and we are not held responsible if you choose not to read this policy and agree to it. Please cancel MORE than 48 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee.
- If for any reason you cancel your appointment and it is 3 business days before your scheduled appointment, the card you placed on file at the time of booking WILL be charged 50% of the total service(s) amount. This fee is non-refundable, however can be used at your next visit, only if you reschedule the day you cancel.
- If for any reason you cancel your appointment and it is 1 business day before your scheduled appointment, the card you placed on file at the time of booking WILL be charged 75% of the total service(s) amount. This fee is non-refundable, however can be used at your next visit, only if you reschedule the day you cancel.
- If for any reason you cancel your appointment and it is the day of your scheduled appointment, the card you placed on file at the time of booking WILL be charged 100% of the total service(s) amount. This fee is non-refundable; however, you may use only 50% of the fee towards your next visit, only if you reschedule the day you cancel. The remaining 50%, if you choose to reschedule will NOT be refunded or used at any appointment.
- If for any reason you cancel your appointment more than three times, you will no longer be allowed to book any future appointments with Mad Dog Mobile Detailing.
- We understand things happen however we do have a no-show (no notice of cancellation) policy. If you are new or currently a client of ours and it's your first no-show, we will give you a courtesy call to remind you that we missed you. We will charge the card on file 100% of the service(s) you were scheduled to receive. We will discuss further details during our courtesy call.
- If this is your second time as a no-show, we will charge the card you placed on file 100% of the service(s) you were scheduled to receive. This fee will be non-refundable, and you will no longer be allowed to book any future appointments with Mad Dog Mobile Detailing.
- If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled by Mad Dog Mobile Detailing, due to weather conditions or other unforeseen/uncontrollable circumstances, no cancellation fee will be incurred.
